I can tell you're a heated Giants fan, and I like that! Let's just go based on the facts here. Rebuilding or not... that doesn't change the fact that their payroll was high and the team is inefficient based off its payroll and wins. I honestly don't think anyone will look back and say oh let's not count the Giants even though they had a high payroll cause they were starting to rebuild. It is what it is... Pay huge dollars for a sub par team. I'm not a Giants basher and anyone that reads my stuff knows that. I'm just going with the facts. Thanks for the comment! Any team with a high payroll that is rebuilding will be called inefficient, that automatically happens. Horrible analysis when you don't take all things into context. On the other hand, the Mets certainly was inefficient because they were trying to get into the playoffs each season. It is called rebuilding.
