John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle says Bengie Molina’s numbers that he put up in the three years in San Francisco can rank him as the number one catcher in the teams 52 years in San Francisco.
Chris Haft from MLB.com says that Bengie Molina made a statement in the Giants victory last night. Molina hit 2 homeruns in the Giants 8-4 win over the D-Backs. Haft says Molina will probably want a multiyear deal with an average annual value of at least $6 million.
