Today the San Francisco Giants made a ton of Spring Training cuts. They’ve optioned and reassigned 21 players. An Optioned player means they’re on the 40-man roster and they’re being option to one of the Giants minor league teams. The players that are not on the 40-man roster are reassigned to minor league camp.
