		<description>Bumgarner will come along with his huge upside but it is interesting to see his speed go from 95mph in the minors to 89 to 90 mph at the end of last season in the majors and then stay at 89-90 mph this season in spring training so the question is does anybody think he has lost his fastball permanetly or do you think he has just a tired arm and his speed will come back on his fastball.</description>
