SF Giants Rumors: Matt Cain Is Perfect!
Last night was something special, something great, and just flat out amazing! It was the greatest game ever pitched at AT&T Park, and the greatest game ever pitched by any Giant in their long history.
It took 2 hours 36 minutes, 125 pitches, 14 strikeouts, great defensive plays, and the end result is Matt Cain pitching a Perfect Game!
Cain tossed the Giants 1st perfect game in franchise history! It’s also only the 22nd perfect game in MLB history.
