King of Cali asks “Why wouldn’t you bring him back. Hmmmm, let’s see. 1. He cheated, and the Giants are an organization under fire for not being tougher on PED use. 2. He let the team down, by cheating, and could have cost them the season. 3. He made it worse by making up a stupid excuse in a vain attempt to wiggle out of the charge.
That’s why they shouldn’t bring him back.

My sense is to let the guys in the club house make the decision by putting it to a vote. In the event the team elects to active him, I would move him down in the line up, possible behind Pence. The top five have been doing pretty well with out him.

Harvey, that does sound like a good lineup, but remember Melky won’t be on the juice IF he plays in the postseason. So really its just a .260 average hitter who hasnt seen major league pitching in months. No thank you.

I agree, activate Melky once he is eligible.
Offensive production from LF has been lacking, and Melky would provide a boost. We should use our best avalable elements to win, not to lose on a matter of principle.

Unless there is something going on that wasn’t covered by the suspension, I think he should play. Unless the clubhouse (the guys) are totally against his return, LET HIM PLAY. Fill that serious hole in left field.
I think that with Melky, the G-Men should be favored in any matchup.
PLEASE ADD HIM TO THE PLAYOFF ROSTER
