Who ever the Giants put in centerfield next year is simply keeping it warm for Gary Brown. Should they re-sign Pagan his ultimate position could be leftfield in ’14. Which is not terrible.

You know call me crazy but, I wouldn’t mind seeing Pegan walk and sign Bourn long term. I mean look at the facts Pegan is older and yes Bourn is younger but, you dont want to pay a high salary on a guy who isn’t worth it. I mean really the only one that paned out well after the world series was Ross. You look at Sanchez, Huff, and yes even Uribe all got paid and none produced .. I mean even look at Torres. So I would rather see Bourn then Pegan honestly and as far as money goes if Timmy doesn’t produce by midway this year I don’t think the Giants will be hesitant to pull a deal to trade Lincecum for a good bat and maybe a 4 or 5 starter. There is alot of AL teams that think he could benifit from a power offense with his pitching numbers so we shall see.
