As the trading deadline starts to rapidly approach. I wanted to share some names that I have gathered that the San Francisco Giants have shown some interest in.
Baltimore Orioles, Ty Wigginton – 89 G, .250 AVG, 16 HR, 48 RBI’s
Toronto Blue Jays, Jose Bautista – 94 G, .238 AVG, 26 HR, 64 RBI’s
Milwaukee Brewers, Corey Hart – 88 G, .290 AVG, 22 HR, 70 RBI’s
Kansas City Royals, David DeJesus – 90 G, .320 AVG, 5 HR, 37 RBI’s
Kansas City Royals, Jose Guillen – 92 G, .278 AVG, 15 HR, 56 RBI’s
Washington Nationals, Adam Dunn – 95 G, .278 AVG, 23 HR, 61 RBI’s
Florida Marlins, Jorge Cantu – 92 G, .263 AVG, 10 HR, 54 RBI’s
Which one of these guys would you like to see in a Giants uniform at the trading deadline?

you forgot Fielder. I’d like to see either Prince or Dunn. If not them then Guillen or Hart.
I still like Hart because of his youth and upside but Guillen would do as well even know he would be a rent a player since his contract will be up at the end of the season.I also like Adam Dunn as well even know he strikes out alot his power would make a diference.The thing about Dunn is Sabaen could of signed him for nothing as a free agent 2 years ago and now he would give up prospects for him that just doesn’t make sense.
They should trade prospects for Corey Hart and sing him for 3 or 4 years. He might turn out to be the long time power hitter to go along with the young exciting pitchers before they go. We want to win now
while the window of opportunity is open.
I believe we have a greater need for a lefty reliever.Scott Downs of the Blue Jays is available.
Corey Hart. No doubt that this is the trade to make. This fellow hits for average and power…almost all the other candidates hit for power but have mediocre average….so you will be seeing a lot od double plays and outs recorded….the ones that have decent average like dejesus, don’t hit for homeruns,so we are getting more fredy sanchez type players. We need corey hart for johnatan sanchez…
Adam Dunn would be the best option but at what cost???
