Amy Gutierrez of CSN Bay Area says (via Twitter) she spoke with Tim Lincecum about staying with San Francisco after the trade deadline, “Reassuring, very important to stay a Giant. I believe in keeping the core together,” says Lincecum.
In the upcoming series against the Rays in Tampa, the Giants have listed Madison Bumgarner and Lincecum as the game one and two starters. They listed “TBA” for the third game of the series. We may have seen Barry Zito‘s last start as a Giant reports Andrew Baggarly of CSNBayArea.com (via Twitter).
