HunterPenceNewsThe San Francisco Giants start a three game series tonight in Milwaukee after taking three out of four from the Cubs in Chicago.

In the final game of the Cubs series, Hunter Pence came through like a champ! Pence was down to his last strike, and hit a homer to center field to tie the game in the 9th inning. The Giants did go on to win the game 10-7 in extra innings. The hometown guy (George Kontos) picked up the win, and closer Sergio Romo recorded his 7th save on the year.

Ex-Giant Nate Schierholtz received his ring from manager Bruce Bochy. Schierholtz also was trying to give some payback to the Giants for trading him in the Pence deal. Schierholtz went 5-for-12 in the series against the Giants with a homer and 2 RBI.
